I started working as a coach/mentor in 2020. I took a break when I went back to work fulltime in 2024 and then resumed in 2026.

I have had a lot of experience as a manager and a leader in the public and private sector. I have run my own businesses in New Zealand, Australia and the UK and I draw on my experiences to help you solve problems that you may be having. There are very few problems that I haven’t encountered so I am able to give good advice and assistance.

My original training was as an accountant and I have an MBA, a Diploma in Business and a Diploma in Professional Coaching. I am a Chartered Manager, a Certified Health Executive and a Fellow of both the Australasian College of Health Service Management and the Institute of Managers and Leaders. I am also a qualified Project Manager and a Master Trainer in the NHS Productive Series service improvement techniques.

I charge $150 plus GST per hour for personal one-on-one sessions. I also run courses in leadership, self-care and releasing time to lead – I can give you a price for the courses if you are interested.

Both – sometimes I meet clients at their work or at say a local coffee shop. I also see clients via Teams or Zoom.

No, you don’t have to sign a contract. I do ask you to sign an agreement which sets out how we will work together. If you want, I can provide you with a copy – just ask me.

No, I generally suggest a minimum of 6 sessions but that is not compulsory.
